1. Once the Webjet e-Gift Card has been issued it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you purchased through a third-party website or in-store, you will need to contact them directly for assistance.
2. E-Gift Cards may be redeemed at www.webjet.co.nz on desktop, mobile, and app.
3. E-Gift Cards are redeemable on bookings that contain flights, holiday packages, or hotels, or bookings containing insurance.
4. Your e-Gift Card cannot be redeemed on any of the following: Hotels where payment is to be made at the hotel, listed as 'Pay Later/Pay Deposit' on our website; Car or motorhome bookings, or bookings that contain car hire; 'Things To Do' bookings; and Insurance purchased as a stand-alone product via insurance www.webjet.co.nz.
5. E-Gift Card amounts are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and can be redeemed in New Zealand dollars only.
6. Up to 30 e-Gift Cards can be redeemed on a single booking.
7. E-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash or any other form of currency. E-Gift Cards are non-refundable, except to the extent required by applicable law.
8. E-Gift Cards do not need to be redeemed in full in one single transaction. Any unused e-Gift Card balance must be utilized by the end of the e-Gift Card’s validity period.
9. If the cost of a purchase exceeds the available e-Gift Card balance, the e-Gift Card holder will be required to make up the difference between the purchase price and the e-Gift Card balance via debit or credit card payment only.
10. Any unused e-Gift Card balance is not transferable, cannot be extended, will not be refunded or credited, and will be deemed to be forfeited after the e-Gift Card’s expiry date.
11. Webjet is not liable for any lost or stolen e-Gift Cards, except to the extent to which the loss or theft is due to negligence by Webjet or an affiliated e-Gift Card seller. The e-Gift Card holder is solely responsible for the use and safe storage of the e-Gift Card and is liable for all transactions paid using the e-Gift Card. Lost or stolen e-Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
12. Webjet will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you if you purchase or attempt to redeem any e-Gift Card that has been obtained fraudulently. You acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to redeem any available balance on any fraudulently obtained e-Gift Card, and that Webjet will not be obliged to make such balance available to you or otherwise redeem or exchange the e-Gift Card.
13. Webjet reserves the right to cancel any e-Gift Cards, close customer accounts, cancel bookings, or request alternative forms of payment, in its sole discretion, where fraud or misuse is suspected.
