3. 此电子礼品卡一经售出，概不退换；
4. 使用此电子礼品卡消费，华润不再开具发票；
5. 请保管好自己的电子礼品卡，一旦泄露或丢失，本公司概不负责。

This e-Gift Card does not support recharging, is non-transferable, cannot be reported lost, has no password, cannot be overdrawn, does not accrue interest, cannot be exchanged for cash, no change will be given, and once verified and used, it is non-refundable. It can be used multiple times until fully utilized and must be verified on-site.
3. Once this e-Gift Card is sold, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. When using this e-Gift Card for consumption, Vanguard will not issue invoices.
