1. 此餐飲電子禮券只適用於Tokio Joe 週末早午餐 (兩位用)、不適用於情人節、復活節、母親節、父親節、萬聖節、聖誕節、平安夜和新年前夜等指定日期。
2. 此餐飲電子禮券只適用於週末早午餐食品。任何飲品消費需另行支付。
3. 每次消費只能夠同一張禮券。
4. 10% 服務費需另行支付。
5. 此餐飲電子禮券不能與其他促銷優惠、禮券、套餐或包場私人活動同時使用。
6. 此餐飲電子禮券可於到期日前使用。此餐飲電子禮券券若逾期，即告無效並不能使用，亦不會獲補發或延期。
7. 此餐飲電子禮券不可作退款或兌換現金,並不設找贖。
8. 此餐飲電子禮券不可轉售。
9. 本公司對於任何已發行的餐飲電子禮券的丟失 、 被盜 、損壞或誤用概不負責。持有人須承擔全部此類責任。
10. 如有任何因網絡、電話、技術或不可歸責於本公司之事由而導致不能使用此餐飲電子禮券，本公司概不負責。 本公司保留更改本條款及細則之權利,恕不另行通知。
11. 本集團保留修改條款及細則的權利。如有任何爭議，LKF Concepts保留最終決定權。
1. This Weekend Brunch Voucher is valid only for the weekend brunch (for two persons) at Tokio Joe, with blackout dates on Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.
2. This Weekend Brunch Voucher is valid only for weekend brunch food items. Any beverage consumption must be paid separately.
3. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
4. A 10% service charge must be paid separately.
5. This Weekend Brunch Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, vouchers, set menus, or private event bookings.
6. This Weekend Brunch Voucher can be used before the expiry date. Any expired voucher is void and cannot be used, and no replacement or extension will be provided.
7. This Weekend Brunch Voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and no change will be given.
8. This Weekend Brunch Voucher is non-transferable for resale.
9. The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misuse of any issued Weekend Brunch Voucher. The voucher holder assumes all such liability.
10. The Company shall not be held responsible for any inability to use this Weekend Brunch Voucher due to network, telephone, technical issues, or other causes beyond the Company's control. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. The Group reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, LKF Concepts reserves the right to make the final decision.
