1. The MoneyPay Digital Shopping Code is valid for all purchases made in the Stores without any product restrictions, excluding gold, TL loading, top-up and bulk product purchases.
2. MoneyPay Shopping Voucher, on the other hand, is valid only for purchases made in Physical Stores, excluding the Online Stores named Sanal Market, Macroonline, Tazedirekt, Migros Hemen, Migros Extra, without any product restrictions, excluding gold, TL loading, top-up and bulk product purchases.
3. Cash payments are not made against MoneyPay Digital Shopping Codes and Shopping Checks, they are not converted into cash, and gift certificates are not given.
4. MoneyPay Digital Shopping Code and Shopping Vouchers are for single use and cannot be used by dividing. Changes, gift certificates, etc. for the balance cannot be claimed.
5. More than one Digital Shopping Code and Shopping voucher can be used in a single purchase. However, one (1) Digital Shopping Code can be used for each purchase made from Macroonline, Tazedirekt, Migros Hemen, Migros Extra and Sanal Market, and a maximum of 10 Digital Shopping Codes can be used on the same day.
6. MoneyPay Digital Shopping Code and Shopping Checks are issued to the bearer and the person presenting the code and/or the check is the right holder.
7. MoneyPay cannot be held responsible for the loss of MoneyPay Digital Shopping Code and Shopping Checks.
8. In case of a refund of a purchase made with the MoneyPay Digital Shopping Code and Shopping Checks, the right to make a new purchase in the same amount is given instead of making a cash payment.
9. During the use of codes and checks in shopping, a retail sales receipt / invoice will be given to the customer by Migros Ticaret AŞ."
10. Gift voucher will be delivered in 6 - 7 working days.
