1. Penggunaan e-Voucher tunduk pada Ketentuan Penggunaan Voucher yang terdapat di Platform, kecuali sepanjang diatur secara khusus dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan Khusus Voucher ini. Dalam hal terdapat pertentangan antara Ketentuan Penggunaan Voucher dan Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, maka ketentuan dalam Syarat dan Ketentuan ini yang akan berlaku sepanjang ketidakkonsistenan atau pertentangan tersebut.
2. e-Voucher hanya dapat ditukarkan 1 kali oleh setiap pelanggan.
3. e-Voucher hanya dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi nilai tagihan yang harus dibayar oleh pengguna atas transaksi pembelian produk yang memenuhi syarat di Platform, sampai dengan nilai maksimal sebesar saldo atau nominal Voucher terkait.
4. Jika nilai transaksi melebihi nilai e-Voucher, sisa nilai tagihan harus dibayar menggunakan metode pembayaran lain yang tersedia di Platform. Namun, jika nilai transaksi kurang dari nilai e-Voucher, maka sisa nilai e-Voucher akan menjadi hangus.
5. e-Voucher tidak dapat digunakan untuk tujuan lain selain sebagaimana diatur dalam Ketentuan Penggunaan Voucher dan Syarat dan Ketentuan ini, kecuali ditentukan lain oleh Lazada.
6. e-Voucher hanya berlaku dan dapat digunakan selama jangka waktu sebagaimana tercantum pada Voucher yang bersangkutan.
7. e-Voucher berlaku untuk produk-produk yang dijual di Platform, kecuali untuk pembelian gift card, minuman beralkohol, tembakau, susu formula untuk bayi usia 0-12 bulan, emas, e-gold, perhiasan, dan kategori produk atau layanan terbatas lainnya sebagaimana ditentukan dan diinformasikan oleh Lazada dari waktu ke waktu.
1. The use of e-Vouchers is subject to the Voucher Terms of Use available on the Platform, unless otherwise expressly provided in these Voucher Specific Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Voucher Terms of Use and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict.
2. e-Voucher can only be redeemed 1 time by all types of customers
3. e-Voucher may only be used to reduce the amount payable by users for the purchase of eligible products on the Platform, up to the available balance or face value of the relevant Voucher.
4. If the total transaction value exceeds the e-Voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method available on the Platform. However, if the total transaction value is less than the e-Voucher value, any unused portion of the e-Voucher shall be forfeited.
5. e-Voucher may not be used for any purpose other than as expressly permitted under the Voucher Terms of Use and these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise determined by Lazada.
6. e-Voucher shall only be valid and redeemable during the validity period specified on the relevant Voucher.
7. e-Voucher is valid for products sold on the Platform, except for the purchase of gift cards, alcohol, tobacco products, formula milk for babies aged 0-12 months, gold, e-gold, jewelry, and other restricted product or service categories as may be determined and notified by Lazada from time to time.
