• Choose your spa or salon. Once you have found a spa or salon that you like, click on the Visit Website button to learn more about their services and treatments.
• Book your appointment. Contact the spa or salon directly to book your appointment. Be sure to mention that you have a Lavish Spa & Beauty gift voucher.
• Redeem your gift voucher. When you arrive for your appointment, bring your gift voucher with you. The spa or salon staff will be able to redeem it for you.
## Lavish Gift Voucher Terms
* Lavish is operated by Gifted To You Ltd and offers monetary-value and partner-specific vouchers.
* Vouchers are generally valid for **12 months from activation**, unless a promotional offer states otherwise.
* Vouchers are available as digital eVouchers by email or physical vouchers by post.
* Digital vouchers may take up to **24 hours** to activate. Customers must provide the correct email address and check spam folders.
* Lavish is not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen, deleted, damaged, expired, or sent to incorrect contact details.
* Monetary-value vouchers may be used only with participating Lavish salons and spas.
* Partner-specific vouchers may be used only at the named partner and location.
* Customers should mention the voucher when booking and present it on arrival.
* Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used after their expiry date.
* Purchases above the voucher value require payment of the difference.
* For monetary vouchers, any unused balance is handled at the partner’s discretion. Partner-specific vouchers must usually be redeemed in full.
* Voucher extensions may be requested before expiry. Physical voucher extensions are subject to a **£25 administration fee**.
* Refund requests must be made within **7 days of receipt** for a full refund. Requests made after 7 days and within 28 days may incur a **£20 or 20% fee**, whichever is higher.
