In-store: 顧客必須於付款前向收銀員出示本餐飲禮券二維碼，影印本或屏幕截圖均不獲接受。

1. 此餐飲電子禮券只適用於蘭桂坊餐飲概念旗下任何一間餐廳堂食或外賣，包括Baci, Porterhouse, Fumi Joe, Tokio Joe 使用。
2. 此餐飲電子禮券可於到期日前多次使用。未使用的金額將保留在禮券內，直至用完或到期。
3. 每次消費只能夠同一張餐飲電子禮券。
4. 此餐飲電子禮券不能與其他促銷優惠、禮券、套餐或包場私人活動同時使用。
5. 此餐飲電子禮券有效期以券上日期為準。此餐飲電子禮券若逾期，即告無效並不能使用，亦不會獲補發或延期。
6. 此餐飲電子禮券不可作退款或兌換現金,並不設找贖。
7. 此餐飲電子禮券不可轉售。
8. 本公司對於任何已發行的餐飲電子禮券的丟失 、 被盜 、損壞或誤用概不負責。持有人須承擔全部此類責任。
9. 如有任何因網絡、電話、技術或不可歸責於本公司之事由而導致不能使用此餐飲電子禮券，本公司概不負責。 本公司保留更改本條款及細則之權利,恕不另行通知。
10. 本集團保留修改條款及細則的權利。如有任何爭議，LKF Concepts保留最終決定權。
1. This e-voucher is valid for dine-in or takeaway at any restaurant under the LKF Concepts, including Baci, Porterhouse, FUMI JOE and Tokio Joe.
2. This e-voucher can be used multiple times before the expiry date. Any unused balance will remain in the e-voucher until fully used or expired.
3. Only one e-voucher can be used per transaction.
4. This e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, vouchers, set menus, or private event bookings.
5. The validity period of this e-voucher is based on the date printed on the voucher. Any expiry of this e-voucher is void and cannot be used, and no replacement or extension will be provided.
6. This e-voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and no change will be given.
7. This e-voucher is non-transferable for resale.
8. The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misuse of any issued e-voucher. This e-voucher holder assumes all such liability.
9. The Company shall not be held responsible for any inability to use this e-voucher due to network, telephone, technical issues, or other causes beyond the Company's control. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
10. The Group reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, LKF Concepts reserves the right to make the final decision.
