Step 3: In-Store Redemption
- User shops at Isetan using a physical Isetan voucher.

Terms & Conditions of KryptoMate E-Voucher
1. This KryptoMate e-voucher is to be exchanged for an Isetan Gift Voucher. (Refer to How to Redeem)
2. The validity date stated on the e-voucher applies.
Terms & Conditions of Isetan Physical Gift Voucher
- Redeemable for merchandise at Isetan Scotts.
- Not applicable for purchases made at Isetan Wisma Atria, selected Cafés & Restaurants, selected salons and concession stores.
- Not applicable for the purchase of Isetan gift vouchers, beauty services and delivery services.
- Purchases made with a gift voucher will not be entitled to further promotion vouchers.
- Cannot be combined with other brand/promotional vouchers.
- The full value must be redeemed in a single purchase. No refund (cash or otherwise) for any unused value.
- Not refundable/exchangeable for cash or be credited into any Isetan account.
- Vouchers are strictly utilised for the purchase of items from Isetan and cannot be utilised for commercial purposes.
- Lost or damaged vouchers will be considered invalid and will not be replaced. Isetan (S) Ltd will not be held liable for the loss or damage of vouchers.
- The gift voucher has a validity date of at least one year.
- Strictly no extension/acceptance of expired voucher(s).
- Isetan (S) Ltd reserves the right not to accept the vouchers as it deems fit.
- Isetan (S) Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.
