Last use means a purchase, top-up, or partial redemption. Any remaining balance will be cancelled. • Once activated, Gift Tender may be used as full or partial payment for a transaction. The purchase amount will be deducted from the available balance. • Gift Tender cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. • Gift Tender cannot be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash. • No cash change will be given for purchases made using Gift Tender. • Treat Gift Tender like cash. Activation and Top-Up Limits • The minimum amount required to activate or top up Gift Tender is £5 in the United Kingdom or €5 in the Republic of Ireland. • The maximum Gift Tender balance is £500 in the United Kingdom or €500 in the Republic of Ireland. • Gift Tender may be topped up at any in-store checkout by informing the sales advisor of the amount you wish to add. • Gift Tender purchased from a third-party retailer, such as a supermarket, cannot be topped up. • Gift Tender cannot be resold. Gift Cards Only • Responsibility for a physical Gift Card passes to you when it is delivered by the delivery service provider. • The Gift Card remains the property of Clarks and must not be tampered with or altered without Clarks’ consent. • If you find a Gift Card, return it to the nearest Clarks store. • Clarks provides no express or implied warranties regarding Gift Cards, including warranties of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. eGifts Only • Responsibility for an eGift passes to you once Clarks sends it electronically. • The eGift remains the property of Clarks and must not be tampered with or altered without Clarks’ consent. • If you find an eGift Voucher, return it to the nearest Clarks store. • The eGift will be sent by email to the email address provided once Clarks has received cleared payment. • Clarks is not responsible for eGifts that cannot be delivered because of customer errors, including typing mistakes, misspelled or incorrect email addresses, spam filters, firewalls, or mailbox restrictions. Paper Vouchers • Clarks no longer issues new paper Gift Vouchers. • Existing paper Gift Vouchers will continue to be accepted in-store. • Paper Gift Vouchers are only valid if they have a unique serial number on the reverse. • A maximum of five paper Gift Vouchers may be used in one transaction.
