Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen believes in simple, honest and natural ingredients. Scratch-made recipes, handcrafted with care and time. Scratch cooking is about doing things the right way instead of the easy way and Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen invests time and effort to prepare every meal by hand. When a meal is prepared and cooked fresh, it not only tastes better, it makes you feel good. This is why Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen slow-cooks and house-smokes their meats early in the morning, like their Baby Back Ribs. And they’re constantly chopping, whisking, sautéing and stirring, so they’re ready whenever you’re ready to eat.
