2)Tap on “More” in the menu bar.
3)Tap on “Redeem Package”.
4)Enter the code from the e-voucher into the “Redemption Code” field, then tap “Continue”.
5)Tap on “Redeem Package” to complete the redemption process.
1) chargEV charging credit e-voucher is applicable for one(1) time usage only.
2) The validity date stated on the e-voucher applies. Kindly redeem the code in the chargEV app before the expiry date stated on the e-voucher.
3) Charging credits are valid for three (3) months upon successful redemption of the code in the chargEV app.
4) Unused charging credit e-voucher will be forfeited upon the expiry of the 3-month validity period from the date of code activation.
5) Expired charging credit e-voucher cannot be redeemed, reinstated, or extended.
6) You shall be solely responsible for any damage, loss, and/or expiry of the charging credit e-voucher.
7) Can be used to pay for charging transactions on chargEV-operated chargers in Malaysia through the chargEV app only.
8) Charging credit e-voucher is not redeemable for cash, whether in part or in full.
