How to Redeem Your Gift Card

1. Register for an account, then click on Book Trip | Redeem.
2. Search, book, or purchase based on your product requirements.
3. Once you have selected your preferred options, enter the details of the person or all persons involved in the booking or product transaction.
4. Proceed to the checkout page and enter your eGift Card code in the Redeem eGift Card Code box. Click Submit, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click Order Now to complete your booking and transaction. You will receive a confirmation email shortly.
5. A maximum of 2 eGift Card codes are permitted per transaction. If the basket value exceeds the value of the eGift Cards, you may pay the difference using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. For compliance and processing purposes, bookings with a check-in or departure within 5 days cannot be supported.
6. Gift Cards have a 12-month expiration period, except for North American residents. Ireland and Romania: 60 months. Australia, Germany, and South Africa: 36 months. Expiration periods may vary based on local state and country laws and applicable residual refund requirements. 7. All website content, customer service, tickets, and eVouchers will be provided in English. Gift Cards and eVouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Validity:

 12 Months

• This eGift Card can only be redeemed on the TripGift platform for eligible Travel Experiences, Accommodation, Flights, Car Rentals, Airport Transfers, Tours, Activities, and Digital Media products available on the website.
• The eGift Card is valid only for the currency in which it was issued and can only be redeemed by eligible residents as per TripGift’s currency and regional redemption policies.
• The eGift Card validity period will be communicated at the time of issuance. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.
• The eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, resold, or replaced once issued.
• The eGift Card code is a bearer instrument. Customers are responsible for keeping the code secure. TripGift will not be liable for lost, stolen, duplicated, or unauthorised use of eGift Card codes.
• Additional payment may be required if the purchase value exceeds the available eGift Card balance.
• Bookings made using the eGift Card are subject to the applicable supplier terms, cancellation policies, availability, and booking conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have all required travel documents, visas, insurance, health requirements, and other necessary permissions before booking or travelling.
• Cancellation, refund, or amendment requests will be handled according to the applicable supplier and TripGift policies.
• TripGift reserves the right to cancel, deactivate, or void eGift Cards and related transactions in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, incorrect account information, or violation of applicable terms.
• TripGift acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel or digital content providers and is not responsible for the services provided by external suppliers.
